Sturton Street (Phase 2)

Cambridge

An exciting redevelopment adjacent to St Matthew's Piece

Following the completion of the performing arts centre early in 2017 and which is now occupied on a 25 year lease by the Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts (CSVPA), Chard Robinson is working with Cambridge City Council's Planning Department to deliver an innovative and modern extension to the existing Phase 1 building.

Using materials designed to minimise the environmental impact of the building, the exact use is currently undecided but may include community uses, flexible Start-Up business space, private residential, affordable housing, student accommodation or a combination of the above.

The Local Area

This exciting new development is ideally situated close to St Matthew's Piece, and just a short walk from Anglia Ruskin University and shopping at both the Grafton Centre and The Beehive Centre retail park.

Convenient for both the historic city centre and the mainline rail station - which is just a ten minute walk away - it's a popular location with lots of facilities close by.
